Anyone that doesn’t think the proposed stormwater project on the west side of Culver is required should talk to this guy stranded in the middle of Lake Shore Drive. Â Granted, plowing through a flooded street with water that tops the sidewalk on either side could be worthy of a Darwin Award, but generally this isn’t what you expect in town.
