Residential Projects

Easterday Construction Co., Inc. has completed residential projects for a host of clients in the Culver area.  We do not build tract homes or spec housing.  We build custom homes and complete home remodels for clients that want a more professional builder.

We have also spun off a sister company, Culver Sand Hill Farm LLC to do development work. We have a separate website for that LLC here. To date, Culver Sand Hill Farm LLC has built Sand Hill Farm Apartments in Culver, The Paddocks in Culver (with some cool pictures from the lender, IFF, here), Riverside Commons in Plymouth and LaPaz Commons in LaPaz. We are working on the Water Street Townhomes in Plymouth and collaborating with the Garden Court board on GC Horizons.
