Argos Garden Court is the first Garden Court constructed by Easterday Construction Co., Inc. We began this project in 1998, completing construction in 1999. This is a 23 unit facility in Argos, Indiana.
The Architect for this project was B.A. Martin Architects, P.C. P.T. McKinnis was our site superintendent.
This was our first introduction to HUD affordable housing. We survived the learning curve and have gone on to successfully complete other Garden Court projects.
