Religious Facilities
Easterday Construction Co., Inc. has extensive experience working in Religious Facilities. We understand the sensitive nature of this work and the need to be respectful of the facility, the congregation and its leadership. We have worked in and around the apartments of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ in Donaldson while remodeling the 5th floor of their main building. We have worked in and around the Church Schools at the Grace Baptist School in Plymouth and the Community Grace Brethren Church in Warsaw. There are always interesting challenges for us to work through.
We discuss these sensitivities with our employees and subcontractors before each project. We discuss appropriate language, work attire, music and interaction with the Church members. We take pride in minimizing disruption and fitting in with the members of the congregation.

Easterday Construction Co., Inc. has completed several projects for Grace United Church of Christ in Culver, IN. Among these was an elevator project. We installed an elevator in the lobby that serves as access to the basement where their community room is located. There was already ramp access to the lobby and the front door, so this completed the ADA accessibility for the building.
