Culver Sand Hill Farm Phase I Ground Breaking

A ground breaking ceremony was held for Phase I of Sand Hill Farm Housing Development today. It was scheduled to coincide with Culver’s Stellarbration where Culver received State representatives to celebrate our designation as a Stellar Community. Kevin Berger spoke at the Ground Breaking Ceremony and at the Stellarbration as the President of Easterday Construction Co., Inc. and as the Developer for Sand Hill Farm’s Housing Project. The designation of Culver as Stellar Community will play into a future Phase which will include an IHCDA tax credit housing project.
